Take a look at this home. Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay is preparing this Dunedin Florida home for exterior painting.The homeowner told me that he was really disappointed.He had gotten such a great deal on this paint job only 2 years ago and now it is failing. A good paint job should last 7-10 years.

He paid the guy $1,000 and the home owner supplied the paint. All ten gallons.No primer and no sealer!
We have this project specd for a minimum of 30 gallons of paint and 10 gallons of sealer. You could easily see that the last guy painted over mold,mildew and dirt and once we began pressure washing the paint was just falling off.This is now costing the home owner much more for his exterior paint job then if he would have paid to do it right the first time.
Not only did it last only 2 years.He is now having to pay us more to fix it.
