Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay just completed this beautiful home in Pasadena Yaht Club. The owners had just purchased this home and found that it had cracks everywhere and water intrusion to the interior from lack of regular maintenance.
We made sure that every window was caulked and every crack was filled with elastomeric before applying our water proffing sealer and 2 coats of Sherwin William's Super Paint.
