Paver Sealing Dunedin Florida

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay was contacted by this home owner who's pavers had seen better days.
Located on a beautiful stretch of Bayshore Blvd between Dunedin Florida and Clearwater Florida.From the front yard you can look out onto the islands and Clearwater Beach.
These pavers hadn't been sealed in several years and the existing coating was flaking.They're sprinkler system is on a well which also left horrible rusty water stains. We treated the stains with a bio degradable acid wash then thoroughly cleaned them with our surface cleaners before applying our sealer. As you can see the rust stains are gone!
The system we have come to love is a sealer manufactured here locally that has proven itself to be compatible with existing coatings and delivering a fantastic finish. Only one coat of this penetrating paver sealer is needed to give all the protection you need and give you a matte finish.Two coats of this paver sealer will provide a nice semi gloss "Wet Look"
On almost all of our paver sealing projects we are able to complete them in just two days,even when sanding the joints is needed.We will thoroughly clean the pavers the first day then the next day we can sand joints and apply up to two coats if requested.
This is a fast drying sealer that will allow for foot traffic in 4 hours.Heavier traffic in 24 hours and parking in 72 hours

It is good but if you came Only one coat of this Florida paver sealer is needed to give all the protection you need and give you a matte finish.
