Just wanted to show a couple of pictures of another beautful home we are working on in Passadena Yacht Club. Our crews are always working in this area.
A few touch ups then we are sealing the pavers for the finishing touch.

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay is just finishing up this office building in Clearwater Florida. A full interior repaint with Sherwin William's Pro Mar 200 Egg Shell finish on all the walls and Pro Classic Semi-Gloss on all the trim.

On the exterior we cleaned all the block and applied a waterproofing sealer.We then cut out all of the failing control joints and window caulking and replaced it all with Sonneborn Sonalastic NP-1.

As you can see in the picture below we painted all of the windows,store front,canopy and man doors with Sherwin William's DTM. The owner is amazed at the transformation of their once ugly commercial building.

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay is preparing this Dunedin Florida home for exterior painting.The homeowner told me that he was really disappointed.He had gotten such a great deal on this paint job only 2 years ago and now it is failing. A good paint job should last 7-10 years.

He paid the guy $1,000 and the home owner supplied the paint. All ten gallons.No primer and no sealer!
We have this project specd for a minimum of 30 gallons of paint and 10 gallons of sealer. You could easily see that the last guy painted over mold,mildew and dirt and once we began pressure washing the paint was just falling off.This is now costing the home owner much more for his exterior paint job then if he would have paid to do it right the first time.
Not only did it last only 2 years.He is now having to pay us more to fix it.

Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay just completed this beautiful home in Pasadena Yaht Club. The owners had just purchased this home and found that it had cracks everywhere and water intrusion to the interior from lack of regular maintenance.
We made sure that every window was caulked and every crack was filled with elastomeric before applying our water proffing sealer and 2 coats of Sherwin William's Super Paint.
These larger homes are not a problem for us and you do not want a "painter" who has never tackled any thing larger than 2,000 square feet learning the process on you home.
