Here is a beaultiful exterior pinting project that Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay completed this week.This home had many exterior stucco repairs and exterior wood repairs we had to complete before painting. We removed all the shutters due to wood rot and custom made all new shutters at our shop.We removed all the hardware.Sanded,primed and painted gloss black.The shutters were all shop primed and painted,then installed and given a finish coat.Sherwin William's exterior Super Paint Satin is our go to paint here in the Tampa Bay area. This home also had copper flashing,gutters and down spouts for a nice touch.

Tim & Albert were able to give this home in Pasco County a nice face lift. This is a Snow Bird home in Hudson Florida that was really due for a good exterior paint job.After pressure washing & cleaning with a bleach & detergent rinse we followed that with a clear sealer & 2 coats of Sherwin William's Exterior Super Paint satin finish. Yesterday I went back to a regular customer of ours to do some pressure washing.While I was there I thought I would snap some pictures of the doors we refinished a few weeks ago.One of our many specialise is maintaining the Exterior of beautiful wood entry doors.Most are hard Woods such as Brazilian Oak,White Oak Red Oak,Red Mahogany or Cherry but when neglected we need to come in and strip them down to raw wood and start over.We love to use the Sikkens Door and Window. It holds up really well in the brutal Florida sun.
I don't have any before shots of these but I can tell you they looked like drift wood.Now they look amazing!
